Physical Therapy

Physical therapy, also known as physiotherapy, may include certain exercises, massages, and treatments based on physical stimuli (e.g., heat, cold, electrical currents, or ultrasound). The aim of physical therapy is to relieve pain, help you move better, or strengthen weakened muscles. Additionally, it plays a crucial role in restoring functionality, improving flexibility, and promoting overall wellness by addressing specific physical challenges or injuries. The interventions employed are tailored to individual needs, emphasizing a comprehensive approach to health and rehabilitation.

She completed her doctoral work at Marquette University in 2017, and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
