Jenny Gann-Dudgeon
Massage Therapist
My name is Jenny Gann-Dudgeon, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). I became an LMT to help my clients enhance their wellness through massage. My area of focus is prenatal massage for expecting mothers. As a former Birth Doula, my passion has always been to serve women in their transition to motherhood and welcome babies into their growing families. This can be a vulnerable time, and I believe through education, care and support, it can be a very empowering experience. My practice of prenatal and infant massage is a wonderful place for women to connect with themselves and their babies.
My other area of focus lies in general wellness, and helping my clients get in tune with their bodies through massage. During my education at Everyday Bliss School of Massage, I was trained on a wide variety of massage modalities including Swedish Massage, Sports Massage,
Trigger Points, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Hot Stone, Lomi Lomi and Deep Tissue, which allow me to offer the best options to address each client’s specific needs. Together, we will customize a massage plan that will have unique benefits for you!
Whether you come to me seeking a massage for relaxation, stress
reduction, or pain relief, you will walk away feeling better for it! The benefits of massage go far beyond relaxation. Massage can be mood boosting, improve circulation and immune functions, aid in proper digestion, and more…. I look forward to meeting with you soon!

Prenatal and postpartum bodywork
Infant and pediatric massage (including children with special healthcare needs)
Craniosacral therapy for preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, and adults
Lymphatic drainage / Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Method)
Supportive oncology massage (including pre- and post-surgical care)
Infant massage & bonding education for families wanting to deepen connection and confidence
Anna also brings additional training in integrative nutrition, mindfulness meditation and mentoring (including trauma-sensitive mindfulness), and Reiki, allowing sessions to support not just the physical body, but the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
Originally from Poland, Anna followed what she describes as a “quiet voice in her heart,” shifting from a career in marketing into the medical field to better serve others through holistic healthcare education and hands-on care. She believes healing is not one-size-fits-all — and that every experience can offer a lesson when met with openness, compassion, and connection.
Clients often describe Anna’s sessions as grounding and restorative — a space where they feel seen, listened to, and gently supported. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, looking for infant/pediatric bodywork support, managing a complex medical history, or simply needing deep relaxation and regulation, Anna provides thoughtful care that meets you exactly where you are.

Emily Kilk
CranioSacral Therapist
Emily Klik exclusively practices CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and is trained and certified through the Upledger Institute, with advanced ongoing education that continues to shape and deepen her work. She supports clients across the lifespan — seeing people of all ages, body types, genders, abilities, cultures, and spiritual paths — with a commitment to creating care that is inclusive, respectful, and deeply client-centered.
In each session, Emily’s intention is simple and powerful: to create a neutral, supportive space where your body can begin to unwind. Her work is designed to help reduce pain and support the nervous system in shifting out of “fight or flight” and into a state of decompression, release, and deep restoration. Many clients describe sessions with Emily as grounding and spacious — a place to exhale, reconnect with their body, and feel more like themselves again.
Like many healers, Emily’s journey began long before she started working with clients. In her teens and twenties, she struggled with migraine headaches of unknown origin that weren’t relieved by medication or other therapies. Skeptical but hopeful, she tried CranioSacral Therapy — and was surprised by the results. After the first session, her head pain significantly decreased. Within a few sessions, her migraines had reduced in frequency, duration, and intensity.
That experience changed everything. For Emily, it was a turning point — a reminder that when chronic pain improves, people gain access to more than symptom relief: they regain the ability to truly live and thrive, rather than simply survive.
Shortly after, Emily completed CranioSacral Therapy 1 through the Upledger Institute (June 2002), launching an educational path that is still unfolding today. She later graduated from EMTS Massage School in Skokie, IL to obtain her manual therapy licensure as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and became a Certified CranioSacral Therapist (CST) through Upledger.
Emily has practiced CST in a wide variety of settings — including medical clinics, occupational therapy clinics, wellness practices, yoga studios, and countless house calls. She works with clients navigating a broad range of concerns, including medical, dental, and behavioral health diagnoses.
Her experience spans from the very beginning of life to elder years: her youngest client was 40 minutes old, and her oldest client was 93 years old. She also works with pregnant people throughout all trimesters and supports the body and nervous system through significant physical and emotional transitions.
Emily welcomes clients who are in pain, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for their body to soften and reset. Her work is gentle, highly attuned, and rooted in the belief that the nervous system and body hold tremendous capacity for healing when given the right support.
If you’re curious whether CranioSacral Therapy could support your specific needs, she welcomes questions and is happy to connect.
