Mental Health Counseling

Mental health counseling is a supportive and therapeutic process where individuals work with a trained mental health professional to address emotional and psychological challenges. Through confidential sessions, clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, gaining insights into their concerns. The counselor helps develop coping strategies, offers guidance, and fosters self-awareness to promote emotional well-being and enhance overall mental health.
