About NSWC
A Supportive Community for Parents & Families
At Milwaukee’s North Shore Wellness Collective, we believe motherhood and family life are meant to be supported, not navigated alone. Whether you’re preparing to welcome a new baby, recovering postpartum, growing your family, or raising little ones, you deserve a place where you can find real community and genuine support.
We bring together a passionate team of educators, therapists, and wellness providers to serve pregnancy, postpartum, children, and families. We know how life-changing the path to parenthood can be, and we’re dedicated to being a source of knowledge, care, and encouragement along the way. Join us for a prenatal yoga class, postpartum workout, parenting workshop, childbirth class, baby and me class, or personalized wellness service, and step into a space where you’ll feel supported, seen, and truly welcome.
Our mission is simple: to create a warm, welcoming hub where moms, parents, and families feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
“After having my baby, I found the community I didn’t know I needed at North Shore Wellness Collective.”

Meet Our Founders
When Alex Megan and Lauryn Beecher first crossed paths in 2020, they immediately discovered they shared a powerful purpose: to support and uplift moms. Their collaboration began with helping women improve their physical health through pelvic floor physical therapy and personal training. But they soon realized moms—and families—needed something bigger: a true community.
So they built it.
Together, they founded North Shore Wellness Collective, starting with a small studio space and a big dream. Today, NSWC has blossomed into a vibrant, multidisciplinary team, offering an array of wellness services, including prenatal yoga, postpartum fitness, childbirth education, parenting support, pediatric therapies, and more.
Alex and Lauryn are proud to stand with moms, parents, and kids in the Milwaukee North Shore communities, providing a place where families feel connected, cared for, and confident.
