  • Alex Megan, Milwaukee personal trainer specializing in prenatal and postpartum fitness

    Alex Megan

    My passion is helping women throughout life transitions. I began my business focusing on helping women recover and rebuild post-pregnancy. We do this together by rebuilding deep core and pelvic floor muscles, correcting imbalances, posture and breathing patterns that can impact your quality of life as a new mom and continuing to build functional strength. It’s not just about getting your body back after having your baby. It’s about rebuilding your strength foundation so you can lead an active life with your child(ren). I've added on perimenopause coaching to support women 40+ in the next stage of life where pelvic floor concerns can come back into the picture and general strength training is a critical component to the weekly routine. I’m committed to a method of training that maximizes every minute of your workout. Whether we’re working one-on-one or with one of my group classes, you’ll reach higher levels of fitness than you thought possible. I offer in-person and virtual training sessions and accountability groups.

    As a mom of three, I understand what it takes to balance being a mom with fitting in time for my own fitness. After having children, I wanted my physical confidence back and that's what I want for you, as well.

    I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Postpartum & Prenatal Corrective Exercise Specialist (Core Exercise Solutions), Certified Menopause Coach (Girls Gone Strong) and Level 1 Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition).

    Morgan Hopp

    Mo Hopp has been freelancing in the health and wellness space for the last 8 years while also working in the space full time for 12. Mo became Mat Pilates certified first, then Reformer Pilates certified and topped it off with a functional strength training certification. She’s also a certified wellness and nutrition coach. Mo Life Mo Fit is her beloved business where she teaches private classes, duet classes, group classes and curates retreats.

    Her ultimate goal is to create community around fitness, food, holistic living and a whole bunch of humor along the way. She describes everyone as having their own unique “humanness” and she loves to explore this with her clients, friends, family and most importantly, herself. She loves to encourage her clients to step into their power and shine bright!
