Let’s be honest, navigating sex after welcoming a baby is a whole experience.
Between sleep deprivation, hormonal changes, body shifts, feeding demands, overstimulation, and the mental load of caregiving… desire can feel complicated, confusing, or completely out of reach.
This pregnant and birthing person only class offers a warm, judgment-free space to talk openly about what so many parents quietly wonder but rarely say out loud:
Why don’t I feel like having sex?
Will my desire come back?
How do I reconnect with myself — and my partner — in this new season?
Led by a certified sex therapist, this workshop will help you:
Understand the physical, emotional, hormonal, and relational changes that impact desire
Learn why “low libido” is often about context — not dysfunction
Explore the difference between spontaneous vs. responsive desire
Navigate feeling touched-out, exhausted, or mentally overloaded
Reconnect with your body, pleasure, identity, and sense of self
Build communication skills that create safety, compassion, and understanding
Learn practical tools to rebuild intimacy in ways that feel supportive and pressure-free
Whether you’re pregnant and curious about what to expect, newly postpartum, or several years into parenting, you deserve a space to feel seen, validated, and supported.
There is nothing wrong with you — you’re human, you’re healing, you’re showing up for so much… and your desire deserves compassion, not judgment.
Join us for honest conversations, expert guidance, and actionable tools to help you feel more connected, more understood, and more like yourself again.
All pregnant and birthing people are welcome. No partner presence, no awkwardness — just community, reassurance, and the support you’ve been craving.
